PETERTAISAN PHILS. CORP.
Our story began as a legacy from one of our brothers-in-law, Chung Fook Lee, married to our sister, Ms. Anjelica Arayon Chung. Fook Lee, is a business-minded and family-oriented man. One thing our sister, Anjelica, learned from her deceased husband is "Reaching out to help people." Having this in mind, resources were pooled and formed the family corporation having each member's expertise on their respective fields. The company will exist as a legacy for the family's succeeding generations.
ETYMOLOGY
The etymology of the word PETERTAISAN came from Fook Lee's English name, Peter. In Chinese, the word TAI means big brother since he is the eldest sibling and SAN in Japanese means mister. The family wanted Fook Lee's memory to live on, thus the name of the corporation was established
COMPANY LOGO
Traditionally, the crown is a symbolic form of headwear worn by a monarch. It represents power, status, authority, victory, honor and glory, righteousness, and immortality. The family chose the TIARA (since it is semi-circular) with 7 spikes in gold and silver emblem to represent the seven incorporators who are in their golden years and have embark to set up a business which represents all the meanings of a crown, i.e. all for the Glory of God and for the generations to come.
